Rumour has it they have withdrawn their appeal.

Fixtures,....Ohhhh the excitement! My source got it right about R&D too, he told me 2 days ago they would give up.

Now.........we all know that appeals against any decision of the Conference are doomed to failure from the very start. However most clubs who get into trouble through reckless spending and dodging their taxes never seem to actually know what we all know and carry on regardless.
Does anybody know why, in this case, Rushden have actually seen the writing on the wall ?

Great news for Southport,Plymouth are still in admin,they had 11 players on their books at 1830 yesterday with 1 leaving and another 2 possible comming in.
