A few short weeks ago I would have been studying these fixtures intensely. I now feel it's only relevant if we can recapture some kind of former form. Otherwise we'll just be outside looking in at those contesting the play off places. I live in hope we'll turn the corner soon.
-
Winning the home games and drawing the away ones should still see us sneak into the play offs ... but it's going to be a very big ask.
I've resigned myself now but I've still got a glimmer of hope that I'm clinging on to. Come on you Robins 👍
-
Like others, now hoping we make the playoffs. We can sneak in but our form needs to go on upward trajectory and hope others falter. Come on Alty
-
Let's face it, we were never going to carry on that blistering run of form to the end of the season - even Chesterfield have had quite a dramatic drop in form.
There was always going to be a bad patch of form somewhere, so I'm clinging to the positive that we timed ours really well and we're going to come roaring into the playoffs with fresh momentum.
One can hope!

I see us beating both York and Boreham Wood 😁😁

Im thinking four wins should do it with a draw or two ?

That seems pretty fair. A reasonable expectation for the team we've assembled. Lots of twists and turns no doubt.
-
We will need to be at our absolute best for sure - wins instead of draws wherever possible (but avoiding defeat to Gateshead and Oldham key too).
As much as we'd expect to be strong favourites for the home games with Oxford and Wealdstone, the away trips to Dorking, Ebbsfleet and Kiddy will all be tough.
-
If we can't realistically reach third now (although that's still mathematically possible) it would be good to finish fifth and get a home play offs game first like we did against Chester in our successful NLN campaign.

Ah, yes - we still have...
