A couple of times there has been mention of him playing badminton against Grahame Rowley and recovering well.

I see a right dilema here now though - Deasy or Coburn as 1st team keeper ! At present Tim has my vote for player of the season and I'd happily see him continue.

With regards to the CSH, there is still a huge shortfall in paying for it. We're not going to see any benefit from that to the club in the short term.

I disagree on both those points.

It was stated recently on here, http://www.altyfans.co.uk/index.php?topic=21110.msg245502#msg245502  "Just to clarify the CSH element of this discussion, the £110k that has been mentioned is the figure outstanding at the end of the last financial year (May 2015). This has now reduced to £36k, as a result of final grant payments, sponsorship, further fund raisers, etc. These repayments have not impacted the AFC playing budget, nor will they, and the completion of repayments is on schedule for early next year. "

The bar and catering on a matchday as I understand it go direct to the club - there is no way the Noel White Suite could have been taking the same amount of business thats now going through the CSH.

We've had the televised Alty matches on in there, with breakfast and a great club atmosphere.

I noticed we didnt play the "fanfare for the common man" on Tuesday - I like that intro for the players and hope it was just a blip - certainly should be played at the next home game !

Dana Laidler used to do them i seem to remember her still selling them not so long ago

I don't think she has sold them this season - its saved me a fortune so far  ;D

Ginnelly looked utterly deflated at the end

I thought he looked deflated at the start - to the point where I wondered if he is staying ?

Deasy is my Player of the Season, to date

I agree - he's got my vote at the end of the season

We need to get more school kids in for free as well they are the future

Get into schools and give tickets out like we used too

I know some were given out for the Lincoln game at schools, and we gave some out at Saturday Soccer Club for the Altrincham Juniors U6/U7/U8.

I think its time for a ticket price rise - the way I see it - if we fund raise its just the same home fans paying in, if we add it to the ticket price then it spreads the burden over everyone - but more importantly gets the away fans paying it too.

Average home attendance so far this season (excl Chester tonight) is 1190, 23 home games, every £1 added = £27k - that goes over halfway to making up the shortfalls?

The more red the better - easier to keep clean - my kids spill ketchup on the white section and it's really hard to get the stain out (so my wife says)!

I pay for everything possible with credit card - that way, when I'm skint, I can see where it all went.  £3.92 at Morrisons this lunchtime.

Numerous times on matchday, I have to go messing about to Tesco or the Esso garage to get cash out.

I thought the club had now got a chip and pin machine?

I see on the main site, in the article titled "Numbers to think about" that we now have "5 senior players ruled out for a significant period".

87 : the number of days of the last close season without a home game - it doesnt feel as long as this break ! (18/04/15 Telford -> 14/07/15 Wigan)

Classic - it would be brilliant to actually sponsor some part of Leamingtons match day with them - so they have to announce it on their own pa system !
