End season run-in
« on: February 23, 2010, 04:20:49 PM »

Salisbury has now been rescheduled for THURS 22 April.

This means we now have four games in 8 days
Saturday Away at Luton
Tuesday Home to York
Thursday Away at Salisbury
Saturday Home to Cambridge.

would be funny if we played cambridge this year, with them needing a win to stay up..

were not the only team with a difficult run - in
I think we will do better than a lot of people think during that last month of the season.

Seriously hope you are right - but don't think you are unfortunately (natural Alty pessimist underneath eh? ;))

If results against Chester are ever expunged Cambridge will be in deep trouble. I'd still back them to get out, but it's far from certain.

I wonder what would happen then? Could they stay full-time? What kind of crowds would they get for Chelmsford at home on a Tuesday?

If Chester get kicked out and eveyones points ammended Cambridge could well be needing a last day win against Alty to survive, last weeks nlp shows them relegated back to 29pts one point above Barrow who have about half a season in hand

there is no doubt they would HAVE to go p/t.  it could finish them off totally though.

they are still my outside tip to go down.

my four are:

Jester
Grays
Barrow
Cambs,

3 out of 4 for me too. York is and always seems to be a bridge too far.
