So anyway ...
« on: June 16, 2014, 02:20:20 PM »

... when are we going to make our couple of big signings (i.e. a playmaker and a 20 goal a season striker)?

We've still got plenty of time, I suppose, but I was just wondering.

I know the team spirit we've got is fantastic, and we've got some great players too, but without the two reinforcements (who would be regular starters of course) we'll struggle to make an impression.

The part-time teams who make an impression tend to be 6ft+ long ball teams like Braintree. To buck that trend, and do a Halifax, we've got to make those additions I feel.

we will have to wait until our world cup scouts the Flynns report back to Lee.......

Messi was rumoured to have been seen speaking to Bridgfords Altrincham branch manager so fingers crossed....

I believe Joe Hart has been dismissed by the Flynns as not fit to challenge for the England's Number one jersey
