Bah, no chance of that one being on TV then. Had it been away then we could've looked forward to the ££££s from BT Sport.

Interesting that the tie's been scheduled for ten months ago.

as the paperwork clearly says 18th January 2013 I fully expect the FA to fine us for not turning up 10 months ago!!

Waste of floodlights! Right at the end of January when everyone will be superskint as well. Could be a contender for our worst ever home crowd, I reckon.

Scrap this outdated farce of a competition!

Conclusive proof that the Cheshire FA are, indeed, living in the past.

I wonder how much they are going to fine themselves for an admin error ?

Funny how if clubs make an "admin error" they get fined or points deducted.

Anyone know what the score was ?

match happened but no-one gave a smeg so no-one went and no-one remembers the score - however we should claim we lost so we don't have to play in the next round.

I say this every year, I bloody love the CSC. Some new grounds if we get away ties, and some barmy stuff on the pitch. It was great the season we got to the final, beating Hyde 3-2 at home, Runcorn 4-3 away and then of course the 12-1 against Alsager! I'll be there and hoping we win it! :)

If they made it a pre season tournament you'd get some really decent crowds...could be something the regional FAs did on a nationwide basis with a county champions league!!!

but no lets play stockport sports in January where our main aims will be no injuries and to hopefully get knocked out....we can't even develop our grass roots and play the youth team as this sort of development is punishable by a fine by the forward thinking dinosaurs.

I think that's already been well established.

Such was our devotion in the mid-80s, one freezing cold night, me and my mate went to a CSC game against General Chemicals. I think we won 3-0 or 4-0, and I seem to remember a rare Phil Gardner goal (could be wrong). There was no programme, just a photocopied A4 sheet folded in half with the line-ups of the teams. I reckon the crowd was about 200. Them were the days....
