Last night Northwich surrended to facing BSN next season

It was my view that apart from getting to Elam and Clark with the chants we did for them the whole lot of them looked completely disinterested in the future of Northwich Victoria. That also goes for the fans of the club yes they've been put through the mill but they were as good as the players they had no heart. If our players showed no heart we'd be moaning but they just showed no interest.

To be fair, the ones who turned up to support their team are the ones who HAVE got the heart.

The ones who chose to stay away are the ones who have given up the ghost. I suppose, under the circumstances, the Vics fans who came and got behind their side deserve a lot of credit because they are obviously down to their barest hardcore now.

It's like watching a fatally wounded animal die slowly and it's not a pretty sight.

Complete rubbish !!!

Northwich players showed alot of heart and to be honest kicked us from pillar to post on the pitch last night. They deserved the three points not us.

The fans however well that is another matter.

I think on occasions you need to take local rivarly aside and put your own club first.  We might not play Northwich in the league for a while now, a shame yes but lets continue to progress in this league.

Greg Young top man at the moment and as we all know you don't always get what you deserve in football  ;)

i think northwich will go down along with lewes. and lets be fair northwich were good in there time i think they will either come straight back up or just  go deeper in trouble. for my sake i hope they come straight back up we need a derby now and then.

The attendence seems a little low, im aware its cold back home but still seems low for Vics at home.

How many did Northwich bring?

It was a sureal game, didn't feel like a derby, we probably lost a good 1,000 people from the original postponement, 238 or around there from Vics, and they had free travel  :P

The first 55 to sign up got free travel, not everyone did!

...and I don't recall the offer being extended to me!

Think 1000 might be an overestimation of the lost attendance but you could probably have expected another 150 from us (me included - couldn't make it from snowy Cambridge) and I dare say a fair few more of your own.
