Colwyn Bay

On 6 January 2012, he joined up with Colwyn Bay.[28] He made his debut the next day and scored an injury-time winning goal as his new team beat Altrincham 4–3.[29] He was appointed Colwyn Bay player-manager on 11 February 2013.[30] Recently Sinclair insisted an FA Trophy match Colwyn Bay were losing 2-0 with 7 mins to go was replayed after the ref got injured. Frank got his match and the match was indeed replayed resulting in the same 2-0 scoreline with the exact same scorers! Only difference was that one of his Colwyn Bay players was sent off so faced a suspension making it questionable wether it was all worth it.

At the end of the day, I'm sure the chairman and directors are very proud of him.
He has really shown what a good,and sporting club Colwyn Bay are.

I like to think the Bay board will be asking serious questions as to his conduct. 

Not so sure about that. From the RR commentary and their inaction to date, I would say they don't exactly exude class themselves.

Perhaps he will now appeal to the Welsh FA and get the result overturned. Wrexham do this to get red and yellow cards overturned
