Bizarre!
Begbies Taylor are still adminstering the cva for them aren't they?..so how are they not in administration?
-
There are working as trustees now not administrators.
The following is not pleasant reading - http://www.crawleyincrisis.com/cva.php
Begbies put a note in saying CVA proposal saying that if it was agreed the club would come out of administration, which is what happened in November.

From today's Crawley Observer:

Its quite obvious that they have just continued spending like the fury right under everyones noses.
Had to laugh at the season ticket sales though, real boost to the coffers!

And today Argus.
http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/argusgeneralsportsnews/display.var.1384122.0.reds_duo_stay_on_in_playing_role.php
League rules state that clubs in administration on the second Saturday in May are not allowed to compete the following season, but the club came out of administration last November.
-
"The board understands the need for stability at the club. After the turbulent 12 months we have faced now is the time for everyone to pull in the same direction and push for our long-term goal which is the Football League"
It makes me sick.

So to sum up, Crawley are out of admin as a CVA was agreed with their creditors last year - so they are eligible to compete in the Conf. Trouble is, since that time they've not met the terms of their CVA. So how will that be different from Scarborough who if I remember, we're chucked out not because they were in administration (the chairman re-scheduled the debt) but because they didn't satisfy the Conf as to their ability to complete a full season given their record of financial mangement?
I reckon it'll only be over once Geoff sits down for his starter at the AGM.

Possibly take longer than according to Moules on Radio 5 last night "It may take longer to sort out than usual" referring to Boston.
Also if we do get a repreive will that then save Scarboro from relegation out of conf north?
-
probably not if boston aren't alowed in conf nat then they will be put into conf north/south

thought they were going out of buisness?

Surely if Boston are refused entry to the conference that means all divisons thereof? In that case they would drop to the highest feeder league and a relegated teams would be reprieved?
-
apparently conf managers got to vote whether boston go in BSPL or BSS
-
When Northwich breached conference rules they were allowed into the conference...the conf n that is.
