if the conference had any balls they'd tell setanta they've got to either share the games or share the money.

I've just totted up the Sultana games scheduled to date:

Oxford, Torquay (both 4), Cambridge, Mansfield, Stevenage (all 3) feature as 17 of the 32 teams on show.

Alty, Crawley, Histon, Salisbury, Weymouth, Woking and Vics feature a grand total of 0 times.

The way the games are distributed throughout the whole football league and conference is a joke, it amazes me to see how particular teams get so much coverage whilst other teams can go a whole season without being on once, the monies from setanta/sky should be shared out equally with everyone getting a fair crack at a game in front of the cameras, but I think we all know that is never going to happen in our lifetimes, hence why the gulf between so called big and small teams keeps getting wider!

I wouldnt mind them showing such favoritism to the 'big' clubs if they just gave every club an equal ammount of money at the beginning of the season and left it there.

Those teams with 4 games before christmas already are paying a top players wages with the proceeds whilst we have to make do with the scraps left over. We got 3 games last season (1 home) and gave a pretty good showing. We're rewarded by seeing boring Oxford have more games than we get a season in just 4 months.

Pathetic!

I don't necessarily have a problem with those teams being on more often, probably more appealing fixtures to the average punter than ones from that second group.

However, unless there is a large lump sum like there was last season it's a problem. And the thing is that it is up til the end of Sept October. AT that rate certin clubs could be on 10-12 (or £100-120k) times more than others.

That's wrong.

What we really should do is never sing or create an atmosphere, get our stewards to act like T**ts, close all the pubs in Alty on match days, charge a fortune to get in etc etc etc.

Hence no one wants to go away, meaning that big clubs have a large support wanting to watch a match without attending it... ;)
