What do you know about most of those teams?
Why are Chorley so high? The signing of O'Keefe?
What's happened at BPA ?

Most at Kiddy are expecting a season of struggle
-
Not sure I agree with most of that but truth is no one really knows until season starts.
Fc utd won't finish 2nd from bottom though, no chance.

Who us? 8th?
If we could finish 8th with Broomes, Lynch, Hawes et al I think we can do a bit better than that.
There aren't really any sides there who are well set. Maybe Boston. All the others are either in a state of flux or unknown quantities. Fylde have lost players in the change over, Halifax a couple of good players signed but a relegated club.
A lot of our players are largely unknown quantities, a little bit light on experience and achievement perhaps but I think NY is likely to make changes decisively where necessary. I'd expect our team in May to be markedly different to August put it that way.

The idea is for people to post their own prediction and then later as the season progresses its interesting to see who was closest and the trends.

I'll have a bash then...

Not really good at predictions however with all due respect we really should be beating teams like this and we will piss this tinpot leauge
Teasing aside i would be satisfied with top 6:8 first season back with a good effort in the trophy and fa cup

May well be, but hopefully they are hungry for success. 8)

well yours will be miles off, and I wouldn't try to guess with it being June and a lot still to happen
However your prediction noted for future reference
-

Just a bit of fun, no harm if having a go now even though with this sort of thing you are constantly rethinking things when you hear who clubs have signed.
Most clubs have now done most of their business.

Play offs, with Boston Kiddy and Harrogate
Champions Darlington
-
Champs: Kidderminster
Playoffs: Fylde, Stockport, Boston, Darlington
-
Ok, if we are having a bit of close-season fun here, my best guesses are :-
Champions : Fylde
Play Offs : Harrogate, Darlington, Salford and Halifax
Altrincham 6th
Relegated, well hopefully Brackley, Alfreton and FCUM (although the latter two will finish mid-table)
-
Champions : Fylde
Playoffs : Halifax, Harrogate, Nuneaton, Salford
Alty finish : 9th
Relegation : Stalybridge, Gloucester, Bradford
-
Champions: Alty (with 2 games to spare).
Play Offs: Salford, Halifax, Fylde & Boston.
Relegated: Not sure and don't care.

It's virtually impossible to predict a winner at this stage. I've seen a lot of non league football, but even I haven't seen most of our new signings - they could be terrible, or bloody brilliant!
Just in terms of budgets, It'd take particularly bad management to stop the likes of Halifax, Fylde and Salford. We're more likely to be shoulder to shoulder with the Harrogates and Bostons of this world, but honestly who knows?

I'd be delighted if we had the budget of Harrogate.

My guesses at the top five are based entirely on what I think are the teams with strong budgets.............money rules in football in most situations (except Leicester of course ;D)
My top five are the teams I am guessing will have the most dosh next year
-
Darlington are a team on the way back up. Kidderminster will get back in a season or two. But i'm going for Halifax to win it.
