Having spent all the game behind the top goal, I would say the clearest penalty was for Alty after 10 minutes for trip on Colin Little in the 6 yard box, in fact Kendal fans around me were amazed it was'nt given. Alty were fortunate with the goal, but it definately was'nt handled in as Kendal Manager claimed. During the 2nd half, Kendal did have the upper hand, but I would'nt say Stuart was called on to make any outstanding saves. And regarding penalty claims, nothing was clear from where I was stood, and the crowd certainly did'nt claim with any conviction. In Alty's defence, how long was that grass? A trim would'nt have gone amiss!! Anyway, it does'nt matter now, Alty play Millwall in the 1st round, Kendal dont.

With my Kit Supplier head on, I would like to apologise to all speccy's waiting for Large or Extra Large Replicas. The delay has been caused by a fault found in the latest delivery from Manufacturers and the problem is in the process of being rectified. I will keep the club informed on progress of replacements, again, apologies.

Without going into to much detail, shirts are changed on a 2 year rota, so season 2008/09 should see a change in the away shirt. With reference to design's, it is a lot easier to supply a "stock" shirt, as is the case with Prostar's range, than a specifically designed shirt when you, the supporters, want a replica at short notice. I can get a current shirt within a week generallly, a specifically designed shirt would probably need minimum orders of upto 25 pieces at a time to be viable, and take upto 6 weeks to deliver. Hope that helps with any queries.

Not quite last chance saloon, but. The unthinkable next week would'nt be the end as Aldershot's away record is amongst the worst in the league, and they'll have nothing to play for on the 28th. 
. Can't see Southport getting 6 points from York (h) and Exetter (a), Halifax have 3 away games left and are dreadful away (lost 16 of21), and even if Tamworth were to win next saturday, cant see them winning at Cambridge on the 28th. So there's your bottom 4, St. Albans, Southport, Tamworth and Halifax. Hope it's that easy!!
