Sad and pathetic, and absolutely zero surprise. It's Boston United all over again. Kick the cheating T**ts out.

Its a brazen calculated  decision, theyve got to 62 points and can now swallow the 10pts for admin and 5pts for financial issues and still have 47pts and a +5 goal difference meaning they can stay up,failing that they start next season in the bsp on -15,this league gets worse every year.

I thought new rules were brought in that effectively means if you go into Administration after the end of the season, you get chucked out anyway??

Isnt this the way Northwich were treated?

If they were to go into admin and remain so when the AGM was held they would be kicked out of the Conference. According to this article its not going to happen.   http://www.northantshp.co.uk/Sport/Rushden-and-Diamonds-FC/Administration-not-being-considered-says-Diamonds-chief-exec.htm

similar kind of thing at qpr.

i will eat my hat and scarf if they are deducted enough points to affect their promotion.  authorities will not act against big clubs.  they are too scared of legal action halting the playoffs and subsequent fixtures for the next season.

qpr - nothing substantial will happen.

rushden - nothing substantial happened
