Title: Saturday's Bet
Post by: Jimmy Hill on August 30, 2013, 09:39:35 PM
Gone for a double of Telford and Harrogate at 3.6.

I think Harrogate look very generous at evens against a shocking Stockport.

The steal of the weekend has to be East Stirling (4 straight wins)  at home to Peterhead (no wins so far) at 6-4 with Corals.

13/8 with skybet

Seems fishy to me... (3-0 at HT if I dont bet)

Telford Barnet double

Will add Brackley to another two for my slight outside treble - possibly Kings Lynn and another (gives me another free bet midweek as wel)

After a good midweek, hopefully add some more profit,

Probably the only game where the players' average weekly wage exceeds the attendance.

Both them teams will make the playoffs so if we don't win tittle and have to meet them in playoffs lets beat them rather than the tedious moaning about substandard facilities

Two things about East Stirling

1. It is not in Stirling
2. They are traditionally the worst team in Scotland (quite an achievement)
