Sorry but I won't be here I'll be at Moss Lane for the first time in years.  7 hours of driving for 90 minutes of torture or elation?  That drive home could be really rough if it all goes pear shaped

Alas, I cannot make it either, but you should have seen the look on a political coordinator's face when I told him I would not be doing my job this afternoon!

Given the choice of the girlfriend winning her seat at the local election or Alty staying in the Conference, I go for Alty every time!

I can't make it today and to make it worse I'm not going to able to find out the result until 7 or 8 o'clock so I'll be out of fingernails by then.

Hopefully there'll be a good turn out and they can cheer the lads on to the win and survival which they so richly deserve.
