We started the season with a point against these.....if we can repeat that it'll be an achievement.

Those mad things (like myself) who are going tomorrow should be prepared to get wet - no seating available apparently & no cover for visitors going by the video footage I've seen of their game v Fax on Boxing Day. The BBC weather forecast was pretty dire last time I looked!

With the Lynch signing confusion and the imminent review nearly forgot we had an actual game.

I assume Lynch will be straight in at rb. Be surprised if Moult isn't kept at cb and I hope Richman starts over Jones  ( who I thought last Saturdays game passed him by.

Anyone going up from London because I am (for once) going by train.  0947 from Kings Cross.

Bill,

I hope that you haven't had to pawn your car in order to pay for those Altrincham FC shares....?

Surely if it rains they'll turf a bunch of their own supporters out of their preferred standing area and give it over to us?

A group of us were planning to come up from London but we decided in the end not to spend seven hours on a train just to see what will most likely be yet another feeble defeat in what is a meaningless fixture.
