We used to take more away in Cheshire senior mid week cup games.

We will be relegated at home to Nuneaton or at BPA in my opinion.

It was our season summed up tonight. They didn't look anything special, we didn't get whopped, but we still came a clear second. Despite not much really happening.

Chris Lynch was appalling (contrary to my opinion of him since he resigned), AJ made one decent save and Brownhill was hobbling round on crutches at the side of the pitch by the end. Other than that, there wasn't really much to report.

Definitely the lowest away following I've been part of in 25 years of watching.

I dont think Darlington played in the Cheshire senior cup

The point I'm trying to make is we are at such a low ebb we have seen away supported eroded to a point that a meaningless cup pulls in more support than a must win away game in the leauge

Poor turnouts at Dover and Darlington eh ? Obviously an aversion to playing teams beginning with D. Still, there aren't any in the glue league......

I thought 30 at Dover was very impressive for a Tuesday night and crazy journey time

Didn't go yesterday so can't comment on the game specifically but followed the updates. Seem like we a had a really good spell at the start of the 2nd half, didn't score then concede. This is by no means the 1st time this pattern of play has occurred.

Fair play to travelling support.

Got to agree Wayne. I'd even say 15 at Darlo isn't too shabby the way this season's gone!!

There was no club transport and it was a Wednesday not a Tuesday, so around 15 was an excellent turnout.

Would like to now if the penalty was lucky to been given, seems the player went down easily?

pity we don't have the Reeves of old goal scoring prowess, we seriously have missed that this season as well as top scorer Miller being long term injured. Injuries have been a major problem again this season. Is some of it down to conditioning?

Third goal killed us off last night by the sounds of it.

Partly

But It doesn't help that we sign injury prone players and then give them 2 year contracts. Also our physio is crap

Mr Sponge. I'll not dispute your point about signing injury prone players and I have no doubt that some injuries, especially muscular ones, are related to conditioning (an issue for coaches) but on what do you base your assertion that the Alty physio is crap?
