The Alty players' reactions following the third goal was absolutely disgusting. At the end of the night I found myself drawing comparisons between them and Manchester United.

Cheers djfdj, thanks for that. Reminds me of a Barnet fan in the 80s who 'insulted' us by exclaiming "you wear AC Milan's kit and you play like them" - Van, Basten, Gullitt, Kilner....

Have just read another report on last night's game, and this quote made me smile....

0-3 seemed an unlikely scoreline based on possession but you couldn’t argue with the quality of the goals.

Unless i missed something they just celebrated like they had scored the goal that put the game to bed although thinking back they may have ventured over towards their popular side where the majority of their fans stand but thay didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Was it the second or third goal where denham and johnson were in the net high fiving the histerical traveling support? Maybe they ment that...

When Crowell knocked in the third he simply didn't know where to run and ended up legging to their fans - he looked a bit lost but I guess he thought "Sod it, I'm here now I might aswell milk in front of them" !!
