Tomorrow's game
« on: October 19, 2012, 07:49:50 PM »

Good luck in tomorrow's game and everybody travelling to Boston have a safe journey and a cracking day out ;D
Hope that there's no morons wanting to turn York Street into Green Street as in the previous round >:(
I think it'll be a difficult game but I'll predict a 2-1 Alty win
COME ON ALTY!!!!

Cheers Bonz, who do you have this weekend?

Boston are a club who know how to organise things, therefore any trouble talk is well wide of the mark.

In terms of cup results at York Street we don't have the greatest record there, its a tough game for us.   Bring them back to Moss Lane for a replay for a home tie against the sheep shaggers will do for me.

The last time I went to York Street for the Trophy game in 1999 it was segregated, seem to recall a certain Mr Warrington filling his lungs with "we are going up" to ease the pain of a crap performance.

We brought about 80 last season and it was segregated so it should be again this time if we're bringing a lot more

I don't trust Boston form past experiences.  If this game goes off with no trouble then maybe it's time for me to think again but for me this game must be segregated.

Boston have an away end and use it.

It will be segregated which is fantastic news for our atmosphere.

We need everyone loud and proud tomorrow, we can get some quaility noise going in that end.

And we won 3-1 - didn't deserve it though but thats the way things go.
Whitley Bay beat us 2-0 and we stuffed them most of the game - take the rough with the smooth - thats how life is!!!
Chuffed to bits yer in 1st round again - bit more giant killing coming up I think :o :o
