Lot of chatter about that performance on the pitch today.
But. Our Stewarding team played a huge part. Giving us that top corner then keeping it neutral second half allowed the fans to. Back Parky through the entire match.
A 0-0 that could have turned either way was helped to an Altrincham win by segregation.
Especially when their kids got up in their faces after 30.minutes
Well done to Chester fans who.self.policed.and through a fan out themselves.
Same against Hereford Chorley and the rest of the top 7. Let's get these playoffs boxed off.
Well done to sorting a draught bar in. The away end too. Let's advertise this on future.

Well done to all involved.

Yep well done to the Stewards .. The clubs decision to segregate worked a treat ,
A responsible attitude to big games and a sensible segregation policy worked seamlessly today and projected the club in a professional manner.
1700 souls enjoyed a good game with no hassle.
Well done one and all.

What you are actually saying is because of the moronic attitude of some fans the club was forced to segregate some fans from the opposition supporters for their own well being or safety. A sad state of affairs

What I'm saying is, segregation unfortunately has been around for decades, it's certainly is not a problem just for Alty.
Also as others have also stated. It does help home team fans enabling them to support their team at both ends of the ground rather than being restricted to the half way line... Yesterday was a good example of how it works well.

Exactly. You don't just segregate matches either because you think there might be trouble, it's about controlling numbers safely within the ground too. I'm not sure how fans changing ends at half time would have worked given how many Chester brought. That was a bigger crowd than most conference national matches on Saturday.
