Haha Perry looks like some kind of Viking chieftain. Love the image of the Alty fan in the background, his mouth a perfect O of surprise, think he must be shocked that Perry can get that far off the ground.

I don't know who im more bemused by Sinnott for signing him or the majority on here who thought it was a good signing in the summer

What's embarrassing is to hear the shouts & comments from the fans when he came on yesterday, you'd have thought he was on the opposing team. He should be told to go away & come back when you're fit & prove us all wrong

I wanted to give him a chance when we signed him.  He didn't come from the dog and duck so I wouldn't class it as a ridiculous signing.

I've also seen stuff from him that shows me he has something to offer.

However there is a huge (literally) problem now.  He'll get no fitter on the bench so he needs to be putting the work in himself to get fitter than he is.

He has to do it or be made to do it.  If he doesn't or can't then he'll have to leave.

I can't imagine the management are pleased with his current condition either.

Ecky I know he did ok in the past but for a forward to not score goals for over 2 years was the worry

I don't know any of the facts but my guess is that LS thought/thinks he can get him back to his best and knew/knows how to do it.

If he is in as bad a condition as he looks then he is letting him down as well as everyone else.

All managers have players they go back to and rate (Liam Watson has 16 of them) and I guess he is one of his.

Time will tell I guess.

Everytime I see him, he reminds me of Mr Baxter from Grange Hill
