Looking at the oxford goal shown in this clip, certainly looks like a foul on McGregor during the build up :(

id say a 50/50 but not far off a foul, plus who was playing him on side?

Think it was Gregg who played him on, just looked like a lunge from constable that completly wiped mark out

Even after the foul we still had 2 good chances to clear the ball...

I'd say it would be generous in the extreme to call that "50/50 but not far from a foul"

It was a two footed lunge for which on another day the ref would have strutted up, wagged his finger knowingly, winked at the Oxford protests, smiled at the fans and sent the bugger off before running backwards like a girl.

Sometimes we are not clever enough and the player (Mcgregor?) gets up very quickly...if he'd stayed down we may have got the foul...maybe the liner may have been convinced...if he wasn't still wheezing his way up from the throw in.

it is generous but in truth it was the first time i had seen it and Mark was quick enough to his feet so my opinion was 50/50 ball (im just someone who likes to see strikers challenging for lose balls in and around the area, too many just stand off or start tracking back once the defender gets near a lose ball) but maybe this one was a bit hard.
