The official new manager annoucement thread

Its like christmas eve this.Apparently we should hear the news today.I think its created so much debate and excitement as weve not really gone through this process as fans for over a decade.Some of our younger supporters will have never experienced us going through a proper advertise and application scenario for a new manager

This is actually really exciting bit like transfer deadline day but without the deadline....

Also bit like the doomsday predictions lots of rumours about people and times but then the time passrs or "I know them, they haven't applied" appears

I'd heard our new manager's name had been leaked on twitter......I really can't see him leaving Utd to become Alty manager though
