Decent gate at 1111 today too, assuming no more than 50 Ru$hden fans. The hardcore will increase all the time if we can stay up this season.

They are the games tjhat we need performances like that. absolultey magnificent from Coburn, Chalmers, Owen O'Neill and Thornley to name but five.

Bring on Tampaxworth (if only to get a home game befor FEB)!

Hope the FA Cup tie doesn't reduce the attendance. (It probably will, despite the replay being mentioned on the telly) - less fans there, less money!

Agreed.  And don't forget there's quality with Colin L to come back, plus Eddie H (hopefully). Thompson is making a contribution too - a well deserved 3 points today.

Come on Alty

Tell you what though - if I was a Rushden fan i'd be worried.

Well done to the whole team, a great performance.

Good to see Joe bag a couple. Even better no bookings!

Bring on Tamworth, come on Alty!!  ;D ;D

Looking forward to your 2nd return to the Lamb, hopefully the weather will be better as will Tamworth's  performance...

In any case, it should be a fun game  :)

With the lambs winning of course  ;D

Is your pitch, well mud bath going to be fit for playng on Tuesday ? Surely anymore rain will put the match in doubt ?
Looked awful on the TV. Second half we were playing, 'Spot the Grass' and no I do not mean we were looking for Colin Peake !

PS:
Cooper did win the 'spot the w*nker' award and enjoyed the big thumbs up by Dion Dublin.

PPS:
Also enjoyed "Can you Hear The Norwich Sing" , thats when you could hear singing over the pathetic drum.. Oh the Irony.

I thought Dion was ace, especially when he came off  ;D god knows why everyone is pissed off at him though...

More the fact that you sung nothing v us at our place and usually only have a little song after a goal when we've played you at the Lamb.

Similair to your players that you only really put in a good performance in a cup game.

Do you not feel conned by your players that they can play well in the cups but not in the league ?

Yeah i do, we know they can preform, but why they can't convert their form into league games where it really matters i don't know  ???
