be nice if they could chuck ina couple of first teamers and let us know who in advance so that we can advertise.

Neverthe less usually a very good game against theirwizz kids

but not as good as playing Malawi

The Malawi national football team continued their tour of England with a 3-2 friendly victory over club side Altrincham. Hundreds of Malawians resident in the United Kingdom came to cheer their side during a thrilling match.
Soon after the end of the match, hundreds of Malawians - most of them students in the United Kingdom - poured on to the pitch chanting and singings songs praising their team.

Showing their appreciation for The Flames' performance, they gave the players gifts and appealed to the team to beat Zambia in order to qualify for the final of the Cosafa Cup.

If i remember correctlythere was about six people from the malawi commonwealth games team obviously this reporter went on to the iraqi ministery for information office

Just on a side not as this probably won't get mentioned again as we're not playing sheffield but was Clive Freeman's brilliant dipping 40 yard volley against them in the 2nd qualifying round of 1992 a better goal than his screamer against Chester?

To be honest, it's a bit of a shame that we won't be playing Britain's oldest club. However on a positive note, if Unitd get Ramsey, he may play in this to give him a run out, and won't that do our gate some good?

Ramsay won't be in their team as he's likely to be loaned back to Cardiff for the whole of next season according to the papers.
