Chris senior

However we would have to check with Darlington for availability to cast the statue

Will be cheap; Won't need much bronze!

He usually sits one row back from Arsene Wenger when Arsenal are at home

Never saw him play, but why not Jackie Swindells?

Never saw him play, but why not Jackie Swindells?

If there was just one statue to be built Jackie Swindells name would be damn high on a very short list of contenders.  I too never saw him play but his record is there for all to stare at.

For me it's between Jackie Swindells, Noel White and John King.

I am delighted to say it's not a decision I am being asked to make!

I am of an age that was fortunate to witness Jackie Swindells in his prime and he would be top of my list.

Noel White and Pete Swales would also be up there.
