I feel awful for predicting this but:

FC United 2-0 Alty
Norton 25
Mulholland 57

Att: 1,305 (201 away)

Go out there and prove me wrong Alty, we badly need to win this game!

As noted by Hughsey, just going and no showing and losing is just too obvious.

FC United 1    Altrincham 1
Mulholland 6   Reeves 82

1442 (190 Alty)

fcum 2 alty 1
att 72,975

a brace from mullholland and he dances in front of the alty bench pointing at the name on the back of his shirt before being punched by sinnot in a rare show of passion.......williams scores a brilliant late consolation as alty go all out for an equaliser but alty are thwarted by an extraordinary general meeting called by the fcum trust board who vote by an acceptable 51% majority notwithstanding abstentions to form a new club in protest at having to play on a sunday.......in the confusion the ref blows for full time and the result stands....

seriously folks, can anyone else not foresee a day of humiliation and utter despair?

I just hope grahame rowley doesn't get drunk tonight and stake Moss lane in a bet on who wins with the fcum chairman

FCUM 1- 2 Alty
Reeves x2, Mullholland for FC.

Can't predict the full attendance cause their attendances are really all over the place (672? Then 3,200 vs Chester? Bit drastic...) But we'll bring 325 fans.

I would be more than happy with a draw - but if it happens it won't be scoreless!

We'll be garbage and lose 1-0 to a slightly less garbage FCUM. Lee will promise changes for next game in the advertsier but we will see the exact same line up.

Alty score first with FCUM coming back to be 2-1 up.

Alty press for the equalizer and FCUM get a break away leaving the scoreline 3-1 to FCUM.

Sinnot promises changes and during the coming week he tells Reeves and Clee that do not figure in his plans in the first team and both decide to leave the club.
