It would actually be great PR by the club to invite the staff from here to a game.Im sure the press would look favourable on it

I think they were annoyed because players were going in the pub and using the facilities without paying for anything. One of my pet peeves that.

I pass their car park around 8.30 am every Saturday morning on the way to play golf, and it is a regular meeting and pick up point for a number of north west teams.

It doesn't surprise me that they have problems. Many turn up with their own Costa or Starbuck's coffee bought off site instead of using the pub's own facilities.

Some park their cars down the lane to avoid the car park charge made by the pub for non customers.

I don't blame the pub for telling them to piss off. These tight gets are on decent money so paying a car park fee wont bankrupt them. Also, why can't they have the courtesy to buy a bloody coffee or a sarnie. No sympathy for them whatsoever..
