I would have to say that if a player, playing for me refused to do something like this fella seems to have done then I would be very displeased indeed and they probably wouldn't be figuring again for a very long time if ever.

Whether going public with it is right is, I suppose debatable but these guys are getting paid to play so should really do as they are asked
