I see Stalyvegas are really ripping up trees since they taught us a lesson over the festive period....
-
Delighted that the worst full time team in the country now get beat every week simply for the fact that it means Martin Plant will be miserable.
-
There were a lot of people on here last season who wished we had adopted their youth model
-
Are staylebridge full time? :o

Just because they're wank doesn't mean it's not a good idea

Would be a great idea if the attendance figures were there to back it up.
-
They have a over rated poor manager aswell

Maybe but I doubt we would see many votes for it this season.
An example of making decisions based on little research and knee jerkism

Indeed rocky I wouldn't want to see it however when they beat us 5-1 its good as anything iv seen since we've been back down

I think it has its pro's and cons. When you are flying and get on run then it can take you far.
The problems come when you lose a couple and you need some experienced heads to dig you out of the hole and get you going again. A lot of it is based on the confidence of the players.
Like Histon for example. Currently they are doing very very well and I bet they can't wait for the next game (pity the team that has them next...oh) but if they lose a couple if can all crash down.
I like the way we are doing it. Duncan excepted we are using young players who are still hungry but not teenagers and have been at a few clubs and staying away from the journey men pro's winding down.
These are providing a solid base to work from and a good team spirit.

And not using loan players as much this time
