Title: Penalty shoot-out

I know it's academic now, but what would have happened in a penalty shoot-out?
Who would have taken the penalties, who would have scored?Thoughts?

...but the story of the game shows that the shoot out would have gone beyond the first five. It'd have gone right through the teams, with I think Stuart Coburn scoring the winner.
