Christmas Race Night
« on: December 03, 2012, 02:29:28 PM »

Don't forget that our Christmas Race Night is this Saturday, in the Noel White Suite, after the game against Gainsborough Trinity.

The first race  is at 6.30pm & there's a Question & Answers session with 4 players after the fourth race of the evening.

If all goes to plan you could have six pints,  see five Alty goals, meet four players, win three points, have a couple of winners & a bacon or sausage sandwich to boot!

For full details, see the poster attached!!!!!

Should be a good do as always, lets hope as many as possible can make it, busy social and financial time of year for everybody, but it should be decent.

Hope a few stay for this vital fundraiser.  Good idea to mix it up with a question and answer session as well.

Hopefully plenty will stay on after the game for the event - a lot of hard work will have been done to organise this event and the organisers' deserve some gratitude.

In the past the event has started a few hours after the match has finished, meaning people go home, hoping to return, but then don't............This time the event follows on from the match (almost) and the club is serving food so hopefully people can stay for a few more pints without getting hungry !

Players in attendance should also help - this is something that has been missing in the bar for several years now.
