I presume hes talking about the charity match again. If hes looking for an excuse to leave, blaming the fans for forcing him out is not fair. We all appreciate his efforts but he has made himself sensitive to comments about GH and taken them as abuse towards him.

I never have seen anyone criticise Geoff Goodwin. The bloke has been a saviour of this club and will long be remembered as such.

I tend to regard quotes in the NLP with some caution.
