I'd be tempted to emulate the tactics used against Darlington. If they worked that effectively against a side like Darlington, imagine the impact Johnson and Clee could have at F.G.R?

With so many niggling injuries, I reckon it will be Saturday morning before Ken can make a decision.

My only worry with starting with Hughesys team is that is no plan B as we saw against Cambridge.

I agree about the lack of a plan B but this a game we need to look at winning, and i would sooner get infront if we can and then lose the game down, had reeves not gone off injured on saturday the ball would have held up better than it did when twiss came on

IF everybody is fit my guess would be as follows: Coburn; Bateson, Joseph, Williams, Young, Piergianni; Lawton, Danylyk, Clee; Reeves, Johnson with subs Dootson, Densmore, Brown, Baynes and either Twiss or Beesley. I'm discounting Denham and those suspended, of course - I assume Danylyk only got one game for his two yellows v Southport. However, that could all change - Sean Riley will have a big say in selection, I guess!

I wouldn't play Robbie Williams. He clearly wasn't fit on Saturday and I'm not sure I'd have changed the team from the Southport game either.

I'd go

Coburn

Smith/Bateson - Joseph - Young - Piergiani

Lawton - Danylyk - Brown

Reeves - Twiss Johnson - Clee

Subs: Dootson - Smart (if Smith not playing and Bateson starting) - Williams - Baynes - Twiss Beesley Kidd

Does anybody know the situation with Damien Reeves for Saturdays game?

Little has been said so far about him. We could do with him this Saturday with his current form!
