One point from ten games, when was the last time we won on live television?

I can't think of one more recently than our win at Telford in 1995. We are more than capable of getting a result there if we're on our game.

Their forum is a very unhappy place at the moment, mainly wanting Brown out. I watched an interview he gave last night after the defeat at Nuneaton, and he basically slags off the fans. Hopefully the board there don't get rid before we go there on Sunday.

I think someone on here said you couldn't get to Welling for KO from Manchester.

You can in case anyone was put off

Not on Sunday according to National Rail website - 0820 Piccadilly gets you to Welling Station 1246 (about three-quarters of a mile from the ground); 0827 Piccadilly (changing at Crewe) gets you there 1316; 0920 gets you there 1346.

National Rail don't send you on a great route. Euston to London Bridge (northern line), London Bridge to Blackheath, Blackheath to Welling is probably quicker, assuming London Bridge is operational at weekends.
RockyRobin, this is one for you - I expect a detailed timetable soon.

I am certain that 1102 into Euston allows more than enough time to get the 1139 from Victoria to Welling (arrives 1216).

The Victoria Line is the fastest and most reliable of all underground lines and Euston to Victoria is no more than 15-20 minutes

The 0820 from Piccadilly is therefore fine

Trains on sundays can be very hit and miss, due to engineering works, you would need to get in touch with the national rail helpline or piccadilly to see if there are any works that will effect the journey

Euston to Victoria is 7-8 minutes max.

Hmm, they've bowed to public pressure (and, more likely, taken into account their appalling form) and sacked Jody Brown today.
