Today's inspirational Altrincham FC photograph.....
« on: January 25, 2011, 04:59:56 PM »

Tomorrow marks the 20th anniversary of this truly memorable Ken McKenna goal at Moss Lane.

If an Alty player would care to perform a similar feat against Hayes & Yeading this evening, we would all be eternally grateful......

It actually makes me a little sad looking at photos like this as it rminds me of the games we used to see and how bloody exciting they could be

... and you would be odds on favourite for the managers job in 2031!

It is also the 42nd anniversary of our 8-1 demolition of the Vics - so if debutant Foster fancies becoming the new Weston, please feel free.

Indeed, a 3-2 win back on 12th November 1994.

I shall scour the archives on your behalf tomorrow.
