Foz & I have a few quid on Colin @ 66/1 to be top scorer & 14/1 to be in the top four league scorers.

what happens if say the top three have 30 goals each and then there are 27 players on 29 thus being they would have to pay out on 30 players????

The each way winnings would be split by the number of players on 29 goals.  Normally if Colin was 4th top scorer you'd receive the each way price x your stake, if he was tied 4th with 1 player your winnings would be halved and so on.

Little was 66-1 with Bet365 at the season. I tried to get on but they wouldn't let me use my credit card to deposit money. So I had to make do with 50-1 at corals.
