We're only in June, the friendlies aren't for a while, the season doesn't start until August.  Just because there are no signings publicly announced so far doesn't mean anything.  We don't know who the manager has been talking to, we don't know who has promised to come but hasn't signed etc etc.  Its too early to start worrying.  Besides, what if those clubs who have already signed players have ended up signing players who end up being crap?

I used to hate united but dont see the point  anymoreas they will never be our rivals.do find it funny when you bump in to the odd alty based utd or city fan who dont like alty -again they have no reason to as we will never play them in a league game.

I think the extra couple of quid will enable us to have a slightly bigger playing budget and hopefully a better team as a result. This should lead to better performances and results. I think it's results that are a bigger influence on the floating fans in all honesty. I know of people who will pay £12 to watch us in Blue Square Premier who would not have paid £10 to watch us regularly in Blue Square North. It's all down to the standard of football at the end of the day. Away turnouts won't be affected by the price as we are still the cheapest ground to visit in this league.

Given that we've got Tinson, and freed a bit of money up for, according to the Messenger, five new signings, who do you lot on here think they are likely to be (and who do you HOPE they could be?)

Personally, I think we could see one or two players changing green shirts for red in the near future.
