Both teams are in form. Really looking forward to this one. Anyone any idea how many tickets we’ve sold?Someone bought ticket 1378 yesterday morning I believe, slowly ticking over and now taking cash on the gate.
...so the management have a bit of a decision to make regarding which system to use; I'm sure I speak for most in saying I think we should revert back to 4-2-3-1:
Ross
Banks Cooper Baines E.Jones
Marriott(c) Osborne
Amaluzor Conn-Clarke Newby
Angus
Could be well off, but I'm thinking the inclusion of James Jones last night means he's thinking of starting with 4-2-3-1 and Jake Cooper for the weekend, because I doubt he would have felt Jones needed the match fitness after the full 90 against Gateshead. Dior Angus needs to keep his minutes up too.
Just seen PP post Gateshead interview. I think even PP and Neil are having a night off but will be there obviously taking notes etc, , I think reserve team manager and other team coaches will be running it Young lads given a go plus a couple of trialists, plus fringe first team players such as Tom Jones, Owen German etc will get a chance. Phil is using this game as an opportunity to give experience and bring on the development throughout which I think is a good ideaBased on that interview bought tickets for tomorrow, now 47 sold!! Thats poor, though some will pay cash I guess.
I like to see the young lads and fringe players get a run out and I’m one of the few who watch The CSC.
If you watch the Managers interview the camera framing made it look like PP has an Afro but in actual fact it was a Tree behind him.. Quite amusing. Good interview as well.
Is something going on with Parky? A moody interview last week and no interview this week after the result of the season. Feel like something could be happening in the background? A few clubs looking for managers (I really hope not). I’m sure he’s not going anywhere but something doesn’t seem right?
Didn't Parky say none of the new lads have release clauses? Certainly that'll helpThat would be handy. Makes it easier to defend against.
https://therealefl.co.uk/2023/10/04/peterborough-united-keeping-tabs-on-national-league-star/Unfortunately inevitable. It amazes me how Parky and Sorvs bring the best out of so many players in short periods of time. Hopefully CCC will be here for a few years at least, that's what I hope anyway.
