I’d imagine a sizeable fine coming our way as well.

Not sure how that team lines up; it looks awful. It is nice to see Linney and Goodson up front though.

They're promising, and imho our best option. Can't see where the service is coming from though.

He was running around like a spring chicken on Thursday night. I wonder if words have been said?

Return to three at the back I assume, Lundstram RWB.

Will be intrigued to know if we're playing 352 with a 10 and two strikers, or a 343 with wider forwards. Both would work in theory with Bennett, Goodson and Linney.

So we're finishing 17th then. 8 points off the drop.

An entirely forgettable game between two poor teams.

Fair outcome, in the end.

Aldershot have only got one decent player and he duly scored (with the aid of a massive deflection).

Thank God that this season has finally concluded. April has been sheer hell.

I actually rather wish that I was now on a train returning home from Aldershot, as that would at least have spared me from having to listen to this woeful band at the club's Beer Festival murdering songs by The Smiths, James and The Jam.

The last paragraph brought a smile to my face. A typical Alty fan trying to make the best of two dire situations. The eternal optimist and long may it continue.😁
