So last night was cracking. Straight at them and harried them.
At times we looked like the Sinnott side got promoted playing the right way and it clicking. We actually played great football for 60 minutes (a little shaken by the goal) and then defended whilst still trying to play. We did get caught the odd time trying too much football (densmore)

The stand out performances was Griffin, and in the first half Tom Marshall. He didn't lose a header aging two very physical players and looked goof even with the pacey winger running at him.

We didn't look like scared relegation battlers last night (like saturday) devoid of ideas and lumping it long. Even when Perry came on the  balls were low to his feet.

That break away goal, the substitutions to waste time, and Dave Parton perfect time wasting was pleasing to see. Delighted for Reevesy too. Ran miles and miles tonight and it was an excellent finish.

Credit to Lee for going back to 4 4 1 1. Could have have 5 3 2 or 5 3 1 1 and taken a point. Griffin looked very comfortable in his role in being able to stretch play

Oh and absolutely brilliant referee last night. Maybe should have carded a few more but bar that barely noticed him..

Finally, credit to Lincoln as a club. Not BBB attitudes from the ex league club. Stewards and bouncers left us in peace, and felt welcome at all times. Their fans booing the man of the match was bizzare along with one fan with his back to the game leading chants..

Their fans booing the man of the match was bizzare

Looking at their forum they think was the worst player, getting marks of 2 and 3 out of 10.

Echo exactly what Jack says, for a change we weren't Kalpol for the club in crisis. Everyone played there part, and when they got the goal back we battled on brilliantly to hold on to the lead. Confidence back for a tough game Sunday, but play like we did last night and we will stand a good chance of being in the next round.
