What's a melt? I'm younger than him so either he thinks he's cool n down with the kids or it's something that only a man who has outlived his skill set would know. Either way he is a grade A plank.

We'll enjoy sticking it to them again next week and see who is liquefying like hot cheddar then.

It's just like calling someone a prat. Keep in mind the lad he's replied to is fairly young.

Either that or it's an obscure Welsh term.

And lets not forget his very own 4-man security team, who failed miserably at half-time to stop him going off on one - WTF!!!

Never in my life have I met a man with less class.

Why is this loon allowed to degenerate a decent club like Colwyn Bay.  Hard working board of directors, nice clubhouse, tidy ground that does the job nicely and this prize dickhead sat in the middle of it.

It's a complete circus.  Rowing with 14 yr old fans on twitter?  Dear God...

Words fail me when it comes to this man. I've tried in the past to see it from his point of view, but there are elements of these Colwyn Bay Altrincham games that are becoming distinctly distasteful now and they all seem to have him at the epicentre. I took my little boy to the game today and as pleasant as Colwyn is, I won't be going back again.

For the folk who don't use Twitter. These are the words of the man himself:

Frank Sinclair ‏@FrankMSinclair
@altrinchamfc Absolutely love the abuse I'm getting off your highly intelligent fans, tear drops into my indian takeaway tonight ;-)sheepish

Frank Sinclair ‏@FrankMSinclair
Look forward to hosting @altrinchamfc again tuesday safe trip home and back, let's hope two of the officials are not from manchester again.

Some of our players:

James Walshaw ‏@JamesWalshaw
@FrankMSinclair @gafcsupporters @altrinchamfc I seriously don't know what to say to this.

Greg Wilkinson ‏@GregWilkinson98
Game wasn't abandoned. Sinclair refused to finish the game. So must be a forfeit surely. Joker

Nick Clee ‏@Alphaclee11
Thought the final unwritten law of the game was common sense!! Surely that should come into account after today's events!!

Shaun Densmore ‏@sdensmore88
@GregWilkinson98 Gregory pal. Don't worry, we will have a whip round for your goal bono if we need to replay it. Everything will be ok.

Luca Havern ‏@LucaHavern
“@altrinchamfc: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24974666 …”                   one of the maddest things I've experienced in football! ⚽️

The man is a total idiot , i was stood next to the dugout when the ref went down , Sinclair told his physio to stay were he was  , how sporting of him ,if we have to replay the game im not going to it , as a matter of fact im not going back to colwyn while that man is managing there , i actually like the place but he is ruining the enjoyment now .

Should make you go more Alan, the lads need our support again, they have done nothing wrong.

I agree its not the lads fault , wont be able to make Tuesday if we have to play again , i was very proud of the the way the manager players and staff dealt with it , maybe when i have calmed down i might think differently.

Oh and just for the record for people who didn't go, we didn't actually give him any grief today other than to laugh at his bouncer escort onto and off the pitch.
