What's a melt? I'm younger than him so either he thinks he's cool n down with the kids or it's something that only a man who has outlived his skill set would know. Either way he is a grade A plank.

We'll enjoy sticking it to them again next week and see who is liquefying like hot cheddar then.

It's just like calling someone a prat. Keep in mind the lad he's replied to is fairly young.

Either that or it's an obscure Welsh term.

And lets not forget his very own 4-man security team, who failed miserably at half-time to stop him going off on one - WTF!!!

Never in my life have I met a man with less class.

Why is this loon allowed to degenerate a decent club like Colwyn Bay.  Hard working board of directors, nice clubhouse, tidy ground that does the job nicely and this prize dickhead sat in the middle of it.

It's a complete circus.  Rowing with 14 yr old fans on twitter?  Dear God...

Words fail me when it comes to this man. I've tried in the past to see it from his point of view, but there are elements of these Colwyn Bay Altrincham games that are becoming distinctly distasteful now and they all seem to have him at the epicentre. I took my little boy to the game today and as pleasant as Colwyn is, I won't be going back again.

For the folk who don't use Twitter. These are the words of the man himself:

Frank Sinclair ‏@FrankMSinclair
@altrinchamfc Absolutely love the abuse I'm getting off your highly intelligent fans, tear drops into my indian takeaway tonight ;-)sheepish

Frank Sinclair ‏@FrankMSinclair
Look forward to hosting @altrinchamfc again tuesday safe trip home and back, let's hope two of the officials are not from manchester again.

Some of our players:

James Walshaw ‏@JamesWalshaw
@FrankMSinclair @gafcsupporters @altrinchamfc I seriously don't know what to say to this.

Greg Wilkinson ‏@GregWilkinson98
Game wasn't abandoned. Sinclair refused to finish the game. So must be a forfeit surely. Joker

Nick Clee ‏@Alphaclee11
Thought the final unwritten law of the game was common sense!! Surely that should come into account after today's events!!

Shaun Densmore ‏@sdensmore88
@GregWilkinson98 Gregory pal. Don't worry, we will have a whip round for your goal bono if we need to replay it. Everything will be ok.

Luca Havern ‏@LucaHavern
“@altrinchamfc: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24974666 …”                   one of the maddest things I've experienced in football! ⚽️

The man is a total idiot , i was stood next to the dugout when the ref went down , Sinclair told his physio to stay were he was  , how sporting of him ,if we have to replay the game im not going to it , as a matter of fact im not going back to colwyn while that man is managing there , i actually like the place but he is ruining the enjoyment now .

I agree its not the lads fault , wont be able to make Tuesday if we have to play again , i was very proud of the the way the manager players and staff dealt with it , maybe when i have calmed down i might think differently.

Oh and just for the record for people who didn't go, we didn't actually give him any grief today other than to laugh at his bouncer escort onto and off the pitch.

Strange, this is the first non-league game that I have been to that I was given a ticket on the way in.
The stewards told me to keep hold of it on the way out, so at least I should be able to get in free if there is a replay. Not that it is particularly specific, it just says 'Admit One'.
As for Frank, words fail me.

Bad bruising and ligament damage. Not broken, which is great news.

If we have to go back on Tuesday, I'm sure we can make up for it in spades.

I dragged myself off my sickbed to attend that farce today........no way that I won't do it again.

According to Tim Channon, (Colwyn bay press bloke, was in the commentary position  - nice bloke) Sinclair had received threats on morning of the game, I find this hard to imagine to be honest, the Kearney stuff has been said but actual threats???

What a load of bollocks. If he received threats I presume these were reported to the police with evidence?

Ex Stoke manager Tony Pulis had it right with Twitter, those players /staff who got involved with it are simply Herbert's!  In the good old days you answered your critics with your performances!!!!!!

Meanwhile as I type local Welsh police enforcement are welding grids and checking line of sight into the Bay ground, for security the Welsh Mountain zoo has been sealed off due to it's unobstructed view of the dugouts.......

Not sure I understand the whingeing over a referee from Manchester. Since he would be under the jurisdiction of the Manchester FA, and our club are affiliated to the Cheshire FA, that's perfectly neutral.

Neither penalty claim looked valid to me (the handball was of a type sometimes given, and then criticised by all and sundry afterwards.)

Unlike his rescinded red card, Simon's challenge was clearly a foul....but I felt the yellow card was the correct decision.

Don't worry Fat Frankie. The Govt have had a COBRA meeting re your personal security and as we speak they have deployed a nuclear hunter killer sub 3 miles off the coast of Colwyn Bay....

I'm off to get some rice for my high velocity pea shooter with telescopic sights and silencer----- See you Tuesday tosspot ;) :D

What a ridiculously biased and unsubstantiated piece of reporting. Commenting on Richman's RESCINDED red card is an atrociously biased and propagandist stupid comment to make. If the card was rescinded he was not guilty of such a bad tackle!

Is there a book suppository depository in Colwyn Bay?

There's no doubt he what what he did to try and force a replay.

What does baffle me is the Colwyn Bay Chairman, if present, other board members if not, didn't see fit to tell him to get on with the game and finish in the spirit of sport.

Doesn't shiow the club in a good light.

If anyone claims they are receiving threats before a game, any evidence should be and i am sure would be reported to the Police. He is clearly a total tool with no class as always, spitting, elbowing, career wrecking challenges, all from one person. He is the exact class as Suarez.

A total embarrasement to Colwyn Bay, their club and their fans.

what a chance for Sinclair to show a bit of class....allow Ian Senior to officiate and then come out and say they had been well beaten over 83 mins anyway, and it was the right thing to do for the travelling fans......but no, Sinclair had to behave like a total arse and start slandering Altrincham FC it's fans and officials.

That's spot on.  If he has received threats of any nature then that is bang out of order, and the culprits should be charged with the most appropriate offence.  Then, after a guilty plea/verdict, I expect to see them banned for life from Moss Lane.

On the other hand if Frank has not reported these serious allegations to the police I can only conclude that he's talking out of his backside.

So Frank - did you report these to the police?  I do worry about you, as I wouldn't want you to be charged with wasting police time.
