« on: February 17, 2016, 06:30:57 PM »According to Devachat(which seems believable as a Rupert Murdoch publication), it was the Chester stewards who seemed to be influential in the decision of putting away supporters under cover.I'd be tempted to offer Darren a day's pay to come back and run the stewarding for Chester Macc and Tranmere.
Thanks Jack but it will be a no, You have a good team now doing it but sometimes even they are over ruled from higher up.
Well I was in the ground early last night, and there was a lady Chester steward constantly in "discussions" with our stewards from well before kick off, and it continued constantly until they move into the pop side.

Following the postponement of our FA Trophy 1st Round replay tie on Thursday, it has been agreed that the tie will be played at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium on Saturday 16 January with a 3pm KO. The pitch has improved well over the course of Thursday afternoon and with a dry weather forecast between now and Saturday evening the club are confident the pitch will become playable. However we are looking at contingency measures should the forecast change and the pitch deteriorates. Updates will appear here and on our social media channels.
