Right

The train of choice is the 12:30 from Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour, gets into Woking at 12:54.

Usual meeting point at Burger King.

All aboard for one of the best southern days out.

We are going to beat them, the first of many victories down south this season, we're going to absolutely piss it this season, nailed.

Correct me if i am wrong but is Portsmouth not on the south coast and the opposite way to Woking from Waterloo?

I will indeed correct you as you are wrong.

Woking is South West of London as is Portsmouth.

This should help http://www.southwesttrains.co.uk/SWTrains use the map at the bottom of the page or pay more attention in your geography lessons  ;)

Never doubt the London Alty! See you there red army!! Sooooo excited.

It doesn't say a lot for the 'southern days out' that Woking is one of the best of them.

Still, it's not Ebbsfleet I suppose, so I take your point.

See you all there.

Indeed when you look at the alternatives...Grays, Ebbsfleet, Crawley, Stevenage.....

Here's hoping Eastbourne and Lewes can join the list of quality 1 hour trips such as Cambridge and Salisbury.
