Why are we loaning players out when we can't even name a full quota of substitutes?

Not a criticism, I'm just curious.

It should be a criticism tbh mate. I've wanted to post this for a while, but held back. For a number of seasons we have played at least some games without the full quota of subs and i can't imagine that psychologically it can do us much good. As a matter of interest, i wonder if we are the only team that does this at the level we operate at.

Don't we have a number of youth players who are eligible for BSN....why not use them as subs , even if no intention of playing them.
