8 games to stave off relegation,maybe the players have switched off to the manager,as can happen, its not his or their fault.It happens at every club now and again.Ken Mckenna should be in charge of first team affairs at Aldershot next week,even if its only to put some fire in the belly and give a fresh approach.There is no point in being relegated on sentiment.No other side in the relegation battle would have gone out and played one upfront today.Change it now whilst we can still salvage the season.

I agree we should play 4-4-2 as a minimum to try and win games.

Like I have said on another thread I can understand 4-5-1 away at Torquay / Exeter, however we should be going to the likes of Grays to win the game, not shut up shop!
