Is Cav definitely out?  I still feel to this day that his absence v Blyth (as well as a number of other factors!) cost us dearly that day.
Definitely out - see Club site.

Thanks

In that case, the team should pick itself (Lawrie straight in for Williams) but LS loves a good tinker...

The other option is 4-2-3-1 but with leather at right back and dens & moult infront of the defence.

I personally feel we should a straight swap.

No point in weakening 3 or 4 positions when only 1 needs to be changed.

having just watched one of those "footballs greatest teams" programmes i have decided that we should follow the Van Gaal model

                  Coburn

 Densmore Havern Marshall Griffin

         Moult Richman Clee

        Lawrie Reeves Crowther

attack them from the off dont give them time to settle or get overconfident by allowing them to come at us and dictate play, everyone knows they will start quick hope to grab something and hold on to it, i say we start quick get stuck into them and dont let them have long spells of possetion. we should control the game and win comfortably (yes i know this is not the alty way but just for once can it be)

The bold part I completely agree with, but what we've got to remember is if Bath have done any scouting on us then they're going to expect a midfield five. They are most likely going to flood the midfield with five bodies of their own here, so suddenly altering our formation to three in he middle is a recipe for disaster in my eyes.

We can dictate the game and be the team on the front foot without changing our shape, especially with the introduction of James Lawrie in-behind Damian Reeves making it a 4-4-1-1 in possession / 4-5-1 without.

Shaun Densmore has to play right back. Sometimes I don't think people realise how pivotal he is within keeping the ball, he's always an option on the right hand side and I don't think Scott Leather can provide that same outlet going forward. Come to think of it, the same can be said for Adam Griffin. We're blessed with two very solid full-backs.

.........................Coburn
Densmore.....Havern.....Marshell....Griffin
Crowther......Richman.....Moult.....Clee
................................Lawrie
.................................Reeves

So my team would be exactly as Figgy calls it here. Prediction wise I'm going with another 0-1 victory, one that we really didn't deserve on the day. Damian Reeves to score straight after half-time. Just shy of 100 Altrincham fans.
