It appears that at long last (unless this is just another glitch!)  the football results section is covering FA Cup qualifying round matches (Congleton beat Bootle 1-4 (home team first!)) rather than ignoring it until the first round proper, despite televising some qualifying round matches, and despite giving results and scorers from the non-league only Scottish cup first round (I always look out for my former local team and historic Highland League new boys (who apparently had a ball returned to them once that had floated across to Scandinavia) Banks O' Dee).

I wonder, does anyone still watch "Ceefax" now apart from me? (I suppose at least we don't have to wait through 48 pages on Teletext to see the Mid-Cheshire League scores now (who would've thought that Westmorland has a league!) - even I will admit that some change is good, AA )
