We deserve to go down I'm afraid. I doubt many of us could strongly argue against that. We were far worse (at least 8 points) than last season. Home form did us.

Thanks for that hughsey.

I've seen the table but didn't want to accept it.

The first rule to overcome a problem is to accept it.

We only have ourselves to blame. Negative sh*te tactics and a total lack of ideas has cost us dear. Halifax only have to draw on Saturday to make it official. They will beat Stevenage.

It's time to start planning for next season and that should mean big changes.

Thank Dino for that, what a season - 3pts from the first 19 games, 41 from the next 25 games - POST CONNETT, it must be added.
I hope the fat bastard ends up in chokey.

I can say it now and, I mean it, GOOD LUCK FOR SATURDAY AND STUFF THE MUFF WITH SOME NORTHERN SPUNK. ;)

And it is completely deserved.

Exactly ............ and you know why???

Cos they had the balls to turn it round when it was crucial to do so, bring in the right players BECAUSE THE WAY IT WAS GOING THEY WERE DOOMED!!

Pity GH didnt read the Great Escape book hey  ;)

They also went all or bust again... Which is bit risky ?
They were bidding money for players and outbidding on us on wages despite getting 600 and in a financial mess.
I still do not think Vics are out of the woods yet and this was maybe just a short term stay up before reality will hit, or that they'll have to go part time ?

You are mad if you think we could have got in the players that they did without it being a 'risk'

I say FAIR PLAY to the though as they did look dead and buried.

I am more and more believing that for a club of our size (thats us, Crawley, Grays, Vics, Ebbsfleet, or anyone on sub 1,500 crowds) to survive in this league you have to cheat though and just spend money you haven't got and then go into admin when you have enough points ...

Sorry Gary, buts thats not true.

Dino has brought in players from 2-5 leagues below conference level. Players hungry to show they can make it at a higher level.
I think we made one bid for Brayson to return but he wanted too much money so we didn't bother.
Dino has completely changed the team from Redfern's dad's army money grabbers and offloaded all the high earners.
We now have a mainly young squad who are here to prove a point not just to make a profit.

As for the latter comments, all points have been earned by hard work and teamwork and by a man taking chances on young keen players.
The new board are doing the best to pay all debts owing and have alredy cleared some of the mess left by the previous idiot.
Before thinking others get a good deal don't foget you've survived the last two seasons on the misfortune of others and maybe even again this year so you have to take whats dealt to you.

I wish you all the best for Saturday, a christmas fixture at Kidderminster doesn't quite have the same ring to it!!
